Fabrics & Notions

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days from our Rotterdam studio; delivery times depend on your country, but most NL orders arrive in 1–3 working days and EU orders in 3–7 working days. Non‑EU destinations may take longer depending on the carrier, location and customs clearance.

Where do you ship from, and which countries do you deliver to?

We ship all orders from the studio in Rotterdam (Netherlands), to customers in the Netherlands, most EU countries, and selected international markets such as the UK and North America.

Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 working days; NL deliveries take around 1–3 working days, most EU countries 3–7 working days, and non‑EU destinations may take longer depending on the carrier, location and customs clearance.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me and I’ll confirm if shipping is possible; any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and where available these are calculated at checkout to avoid surprises.

Do you offer free or combined shipping?

Yes, we offer free tracked shipping on EU fabric orders over €100; smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and we always ship your fabric in as few parcels as possible.

Can I return fabric if I change my mind?

Because fabric is cut to order, we cannot accept change‑of‑mind returns, but of course we will always replace or refund if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, just contact us within 14 days through the contact form or email hello@mimosewing.club. For more details, please read our Refund Policy.

Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece?

Yes, wherever possible we cut your full quantity as one continuous length; if this is not possible (for example for very large orders or end‑of‑bolt pieces), we will contact you before shipping to confirm you are happy with the split.

Sewing Patterns

How do I download my sewing pattern?

After your purchase is completed, your download should be available immediately:

  • In the order confirmation page, a "Download" button should appear
  • In your account page > your order > a "Download" button should always be shown
  • An email with the download link should be sent to you (Check your spam folder! Sometimes filters accidentally flag the download emails as spam)

Can I request a refund for a sewing pattern?

Sewing patterns are digital downloads, and due to the nature of this product, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once order processing has begun. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once digital content delivery (download) has started.

Where do I find the video tutorial from my sewing pattern?

The video tutorial link is inside of the instructions document (name might vary), included in your downloads.

To open the tutorial, click the image in the PDF or copy and paste the link in your browser.

Bundles

How do I download sewing patterns from a bundle?

After your purchase is completed, your downloads should be available immediately:

  • In the order confirmation page, a "Download" button should appear
  • In your account page > your order > a "Download" button should always be shown
  • An email with the download link should be sent to you (Check your spam folder! Sometimes filters accidentally flag the download emails as spam)
  • Each sewing pattern appears in its own folder, labeled by name, on your personal download page

Can I still buy the whole shop bundle?

The whole shop bundle was a limited offer and is no longer available. You can browse the sewing patterns page to see the current bundles on sale.

I purchased the whole shop bundle when it was available. What does that mean for me now?

If you bought the whole shop bundle, your access stays the same. Everything that was included remains available to you, and any new patterns added through the monthly additions offer will keep updating in your personal download link for as long as the offer remains active.

Workshops

How do I download my tickets?

After you purchase the tickets, you should see a download button in the order confirmation page, and you will also receive an email with the tickets, check your spam/junk folder!

Can I get a refund?

You can request a full refund up to 72 hours before the event, or a 50% refund up to 24 hours before. No refunds are available within the final 24 hours.
